Job Title: Relief Support Worker

We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team at Real Life Options. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently and make their own choices.

About the Role:
  • Provide support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently and make their own choices.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Support individuals to engage in social and community activities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, including healthcare staff and social workers, to ensure the best possible outcomes for individuals.
Requirements:
  • Enhanced Adult PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) scheme membership.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
