About the Role

We are seeking a caring and trustworthy Relief Support Worker to join our team at Real Life Options. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily lives, enabling them to make their own choices and live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical and emotional support to individuals, enabling them to reach their potential
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as medication administration, finances, personal care, and household chores
  • Support individuals to develop positive relationships and engage in social and community activities
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a high-quality service
Requirements
  • Enhanced Adult PVG certification
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends
