Job Summary

The Oyster Partnership is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on construction costs and managing budgets for high-end property developments.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual with a passion for the luxury side of life to join our team. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to work on multi-million pound townhouse projects, penthouse suites, and other high-end developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on construction costs and manage budgets for high-end property developments
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality results
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
