Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team in the S21 area, which includes Eckington, Killamarsh, and Renishaw. As a Care Assistant, you will provide personal care that protects people's dignity, promote independence, and support individuals to meet their outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care that protects people's dignity
  • Promote independence using enabling approaches
  • Support people to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals
  • Connect people to their communities, accessing local support and services
  • Deliver personalised care through individual choice and control
  • Be a strong and effective communicator, documenting, reporting, and sharing information with the right people at the right time
