We are now seeking a Residential Care Worker to join our team, providing person-centred care and promoting independence and well-being among our residents.

  • Develop strong relationships with our residents, understanding their individual needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality care services, ensuring consistency and continuity of care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A HNC in Social Care or equivalent qualification, plus all eight SVQ units.
  • Registration with the SSC or other professional body.
  • Full UK working rights.
