Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at our East Grinstead office. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for supporting customer infrastructures for multiple clients across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain customer infrastructures to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Recommend and deliver improved IT infrastructure systems to meet customer needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience supporting IT infrastructures for organizations with 25-500 users
- CompTIA qualifications, past apprenticeship success, or equivalent experience
- Vendor qualifications from Microsoft, Citrix, Sophos, Cisco, Veaam
- Maths and English qualifications equivalent to GCSE C or above
Desirable Skills
- Experience with cloud services, virtualization, and modern workplace tools
- Knowledge of local and area networking, VoIP systems, and other relevant technologies
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure
- Proven ability to manage projects and risks, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
