Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement high-quality technical solutions for the Computing Infrastructure (physical and virtual) to support continuous improvement.
  • Manage and optimize the insurance application infrastructure through proactive management, monitoring, and insurance activities.
  • Utilize working knowledge of Linux to support technical operations.
  • Manage personal workload in support of ITIL Incident and Problem Management through the use of ticketing systems.
  • Adhere to ITIL Change Management processes.
  • Develop technical authoring and procedure writing skills to support team operations.
  • Work flexible hours with frequent need to work additional hours at short notice.
  • Participate in the team's 24x7 service support rota.

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Extensive experience in the IT industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft skills, including Windows server, SharePoint, and SQL server.
