Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, transition, and migrate the IT Department Infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve infrastructure efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years' experience in IT support.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems, MS SQL DBA, Clustered Server environments, Storage Area Networks, Active Directory, VMware vSphere, and Linux.
  • Experience with SAP Basis, Web Site Management, Networking, Load Balancing, Middleware Management, Redis, MPLS, TCP/IP, Ethernet Networks, Switches, Routers, and Firewalls.
  • ITIL certification and experience with service transition and change management.
