Job Title: Teaching Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at St. Peter's CE Primary Academy. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our KS1 pupils.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher and another teaching assistant within the classroom, supporting the pupil with their classroom learning and social communication skills. You will be proactive and committed to differentiating and adapting learning to suit the needs of individual children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the pupil with their classroom learning and social communication skills

  • Lead, inspire and motivate children
  • Have high expectations and excellent classroom practice
