Job Details

Are you passionate about supporting the education and development of children in a primary school setting? We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at St. Peter's CE Primary Academy in Salisbury.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to work closely with our class teacher and other teaching assistants to support the learning and social communication skills of a KS1 pupil. The successful candidate will be expected to be proactive and committed to differentiating and adapting learning to suit the needs of individual children.

Key Responsibilities

* Work closely with the class teacher and other teaching assistants to support the pupil's classroom learning and social communication skills
* Be proactive and committed to differentiating and adapting learning to suit the needs of individual children
* Have some relevant experience supporting pupils within a school setting
* Lead, inspire, and motivate children
* Have high expectations and excellent classroom practice
