Job Description

Home Instead is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Engagement Officer to join our team. As a Community Engagement Officer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with local community stakeholders, promoting our services and employment opportunities, and delivering marketing activities to increase awareness of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local community stakeholders, including community groups, organizations, and individuals.
  • Deliver marketing activities, including promotional events, social media campaigns, and community outreach programs, to increase awareness of our services and employment opportunities.
  • Work closely with our team to develop and implement marketing strategies that meet our business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing activities and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in community engagement, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong marketing and promotional skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
