Job Title: Community Engagement Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Engagement Officer to join our team at Home Instead. As a key member of our social care team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local community stakeholders, promoting our client services and employment opportunities, and delivering marketing activities to increase awareness of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local community stakeholders, including community groups, charities, and businesses.
  • Plan and deliver marketing activities, including promotional events, social media campaigns, and community outreach programs.
  • Work closely with our team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing activities and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with local community stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Strong marketing and promotional skills, with experience of delivering successful campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Good understanding of social care and the needs of older adults.
