## Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled leader to join our team at SRG. As an Operational Innovations Director/Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Pharmacovigilance, Medical Writing, and Data Management departments. ## Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the company's Pharmacovigilance, Medical Writing, and Data Management departments
* Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
* Oversee financial management, including budgeting and forecasting
* Ensure regulatory compliance and performance monitoring
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence

## Requirements

* Strong background in operational and commercial leadership, within the CRO industry
* Operational or leadership experience in Data Management, Medical Writing, or Pharmacovigilance functions
* Proven track record of success in business model changes, restructuring, or leading change management programs within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry
* Good understanding of the clinical research process, including regulatory requirements, study design, and operational considerations
