Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager to join our team at Leger Grove in Doncaster. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of nurses, ensuring high-quality patient care, and making strategic decisions to drive excellence in our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of nurses to deliver excellent patient care and achieve clinical outcomes.
  • Manage resources effectively to ensure efficient use of time, personnel, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in nursing, preferably with experience in a similar leadership position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and manage a team.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including days, nights, and weekends, to meet the needs of our patients.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

£30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience (estimated salary range).
