About the Role: We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Barista to join our welcoming Starbucks store team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering a fast and friendly service to our customers, preparing our much-loved beverages and products, and engaging with our customers to provide an excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality beverages and food products to our customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a polite and professional manner
  • Engage with customers to build relationships and increase customer loyalty
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve store goals and objectives
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
