Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Water Hygiene Technician to join our team in the Essex and Cambridgeshire area. As a key member of our legionella division, you will be responsible for overseeing temperature monitoring and sampling, TMV servicing and fail-safe testing, and other critical water hygiene tasks.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading UKAS-accredited company that specializes in asbestos, water hygiene, and fire safety services. You will be part of a growing team of technicians who operate regionally, serving commercial, hospitality, and private sector clients. Your daily duties will include:

Temperature monitoring and sampling
TMV servicing and fail-safe testing
Flushing, cleaning, and descaling shower heads
Inspecting, cleaning, and descaling calorifiers
Cleaning & disinfection of pipework systems and cold water storage tanks
Closed system water analysis sampling and water treatment
Some remedial plumbing
