Business Development Representative

As a Junior Account Manager at ION Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting our EMEA Commodities Account Management team. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the primary point of contact between ION and select clients, working closely with Account Managers to drive revenue growth and protect existing revenues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Account Managers at key accounts through involvement in meetings, creation of escalation packs, and other tasks to drive revenue.
- Sell products, services, and solutions offered by ION to existing select accounts assigned over time.
- Manage the business relationship between ION and clients to achieve add-on sales and services revenue goals and maintain the clients' current Annual Contract Value (ACV).
- Assist in accuracy of invoicing and debt collection in conjunction with the sales support organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related IT field or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience of Commodities, Account Management, or sales processes.
- Experience of liaising with clients, preferably in a selling role including use of CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Additional languages.
