Job Description

You will be responsible for managing learner support, identifying and assessing special educational needs, and monitoring planned support to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students. Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to support SEND students.
  • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to identify and meet individual learning needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and support plans.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in teaching and SEN support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
