About the Role

Candlelight Care is seeking a caring and reliable individual to join our team as a Care and Support Worker. This role involves providing emotional and practical support to vulnerable adults in the comfort of their own homes within Westbury and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with personal care, domestic household tasks, and food preparation tailored to each individual's needs.
  • Supporting with medication, use of mobility aids, and personal equipment where required.
  • Reporting significant changes in the health or circumstances of clients to the Registered Manager.
