About the Job:
We are seeking an Assistant for Classroom Management and Student Support to join our team at Clarus Education Ltd. As an assistant, you will be responsible for helping to manage and support student behaviour in a secondary school setting.

About the Role:
This is a full-time, long-term position with a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have experience in managing and supporting student behaviour in a secondary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and supporting student behaviour in a secondary school setting
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement behaviour management strategies
- Provide individualised support to students who require additional assistance

Requirements:
- Experience in managing and supporting student behaviour in a secondary school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
