The Job Description:
You will be working as a Child Welfare Specialist, undertaking assessments and working with children and families in need. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake assessments under S17 & S47
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes for children and families
- Collaborate with small units to provide effective support to children and families
About the Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is approximately £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive access to training opportunities, a competitive benefits package, and a guaranteed weekly payment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- HCPC Registration
- 1-2 years post-qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry
- Enhanced DBS/CRB (can be obtained for you)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
