We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior IBA Technician to join our team at Pavilion Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our IBA department, you will be responsible for managing daily transactions, ensuring operational expertise in various tasks, and supporting the broader IBA team in optimizing client and insurer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
-------------------

* Support work across Credit Control, Cash Application, Insurer Reconciliation/Bordereaux, and Bank Reconciliation
* Daily processing of core IBA tasks, including receipt allocation, insurer statement reconciliation, and payment raising
* Support IBA projects and audit requests
* Collaborate with internal Business stakeholders and occasionally with external parties

Requirements
------------

* Experience in financial services is preferred
* Understanding of basic IBA and accounting concepts
* Awareness of industry regulations is a plus
