Special Education Teacher

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team at GSL Education. As a SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, differentiated instruction to students with SEN.
- Work closely with classroom teachers to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Provide support and guidance to Teachers and other staff working with SEN students.
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about student progress and needs.
- Stay informed about current best practices and developments in special education.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in special education.

- Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting all students.
