Job SummaryWe are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our busy sales team. As a Telemarketer, you will play a pivotal role in reaching potential customers and driving business forward. With a strong focus on sales and customer engagement, you will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our products and services, and converting prospects into valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Identifying customer needs and providing them with appropriate solutions and recommendations.
- Maintaining a record of all calls made, including customer feedback and outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a genuine interest in helping clients find solutions that meet their needs. You should also be comfortable making cold calls and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
