Leadership Opportunity in Early Years Education

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Early Years Educator to lead our nursery team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who share a passion for delivering high-quality care and education.

About the Role
  • This full-time position involves leading a team of Early Years Educators, overseeing the daily operations of the nursery, and ensuring that all children receive a safe and stimulating environment.
  • You will be responsible for implementing learning and teaching objectives, conducting appraisals, and working closely with other Room Leads and management to ensure the successful running of the nursery.
Requirements
  • A Level 3 or above qualification in early years and proven experience working as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner).
  • Demonstrable leadership experience within Early Years, excellent communication skills, and knowledge and understanding of the EYFS.
  • The ideal candidate will reflect the Storal values around responsibility, openness, and working together.
What We Offer
  • An estimated salary of £27,689 - £31,729 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
