Front of House Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team at Premier Inn in Elgin as a Front of House Team Member. As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, including cocktails, to our guests.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as checking guests in and out, and handling room assignments.
