We are seeking a skilled Electrical Installation Trainer to join our team at FIND | Creating Futures. As an Electrical Installation Trainer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training and education to engineering apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop training courses, programs, and curriculum for Electrical Installation apprentices
  • Provide technical training in engineering subjects, both face-to-face and online, to small groups of learners
  • Manage physical learning resources and teaching spaces to ensure effective training and assessment within guided learning hours
  • Develop new, interactive teaching methods that incorporate the latest industry standards
Requirements:
  • L3 Apprenticeship, HNC, HND, or Degree in a relevant field (recognized training/teaching qualifications)
  • Internal Quality Assurance qualifications
  • Full R2W status and based within a commutable distance to Coventry
