We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Consultant to join our team at Oracle. As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing OFSAA solutions for our customers. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Tier 1 customer implementation to deliver core business objectives of FSGBU and develop trusted relationships.
  • Support FSGBU Consulting to influence key technical and architecture decisions with senior stakeholders.
  • Install and deploy the OFSAA solutions in a customer environment, coordinating with customer technical resources.
  • Support all phases of deploying the OFSAA solutions at customer sites, including initial installation, patches and upgrades, application configuration, batch executions, troubleshooting, system integration testing, user acceptance testing and go-live.
  • Interact with Functional and Technical Consultants to ensure the successful deployment of the OFSAA solutions.
  • Discuss and document the configuration of client environment.
  • Support to train customers in managing the OFSAA environment.
  • Train new resources on the product, customer environment and implementation tasks.
  • Absorb and contribute to Organizational best practice methodologies for knowledge dissemination throughout the OFSAA Delivery organization.

Requirements

  • Engineering Degree in Computer Science or Masters in Computer Applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
