Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Technical Due Diligence reports for funders and investors.
  • Review individual project elements at the initial report stage and monitor risk during the project's monitoring phase.
  • Provide diligent ongoing monitoring during construction and approve draw-downs from the agreed fund.
  • Engage with clients to build relationships and contribute to business development strategies.
  • Represent the company professionally and diligently at all times.
  • Ensure effective communication to facilitate project completion.
  • Liaise with colleagues to ensure efficient financial control and cost-effective project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven technical experience.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role, ideally working with lenders in the UK.
  • Knowledge of property development, market trends, procurement, and funding.
  • Literacy and ability to produce detailed due diligence reports.
  • Understanding of loan documentation and risk identification.
  • Able to recognize and catalog financial security provided by the borrower.
  • Experience working in teams and contributing to exceptional client outcomes.
  • Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or a related field.
  • SCSI, MRICS, or equivalent qualification.
