Purpose of the role:

To provide both clerical and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the firm. This role will assist the firm's Financial Planners with day-to-day client management, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with telephone and email enquiries.
  • Maintaining filing systems and client files, scanning and indexing documents and emails to Virtual Cabinet.
  • Preparing meeting packs with relevant forms for client meetings.
  • Updating stocks of compliance forms for use as and when required.
  • Submitting new business applications and tracking the new business pipeline.
  • Setting up model portfolios and investing funds.
  • Preparing valuations and review packs as and when required.
  • Liaising with Product Providers via telephone, email, and online portals to obtain plan information.
  • Carrying out post-review rebalances of portfolios as and when required.
  • Maintaining a client database/CRM system (Curo).

Requirements:

  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Good methodical and organisational skills.
  • Accurate with good attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, and other applications/software packages.
