Job Description
Hoburne is seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Assistant Manager to join their team. About the Job:

As a Food and Beverage Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day food & beverage operations with precision, supervising employees, and maintaining strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
  1. Managing day-to-day food & beverage operations with precision.
  2. Supervising and mentoring team members to achieve excellence.
  3. Maintaining accurate records using online systems for team onboarding, absences, annual leave, rostering, and recruitment.
  4. Coordinating events and functions with finesse.
  5. Monitoring and controlling stock levels while meeting KPIs and conducting regular stock takes.

Requirements:
A proven track record in the leisure and hospitality industry, food and beverage experience at supervisor level or higher, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays as required.
