Job Title: Aircraft Cleaning Manager

Establishes or puts in place cleaning schedules and assigns cleaners to different duties and roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishes cleaning standards and procedures for workers and ensures adherence to these standards and procedures.
  • Coaches and develops employees (cleaners).
  • Inspects cleaning equipment on a regular basis to identify when they are worn out and requests replacement.
  • Monitors the usage of cleaning materials to avoid or minimize waste and misuse.
  • Informs relevant line managers immediately of any non-compliance or issues.
  • Is aware of individual and reporting staff's responsibilities regarding the Company's Health and Safety Policy Statement.
  • Ensures sites regulations and Health & Safety policies are adhered to and followed at all times.
  • Informs relevant line managers immediately of any accidents at work and completes paperwork.
  • Is responsible for the safe use and care of equipment and materials and wears appropriate office clothing.
Safeguarding:

Safeguarding/Child protection - meets legislative and company policies to ensure all safeguarding practices are adhered to and communicated where appropriate.

Qualifications:
  • Must possess excellent communication skills in speaking, writing, and listening.
  • Should have a clear understanding of customer service guidelines/principles.
  • Must have relevant experience in cleaning and supervision of cleaning procedures.
  • Previous cleaning experience.
  • A satisfactory Enhanced DBS check.
