Ideal Candidate

  • You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Have at least 12 months management experience in a busy hotel front office environment.
  • Be able to create a positive culture within the team and drive motivation.
  • Have strong communication skills and the ability to develop future stars.
