Brand Creative Designer

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team at Recruitment Revolution. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that showcase our brand's personality and values.
Your primary focus will be on designing a wide range of assets, including graphics, animations, and documentation, in collaboration with our partner programmes and marketing teams. You will work closely with our Marketing Communications Manager and business leaders to conceptualize designs for web, social, video, and email, as well as create documentation in branded templates.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong portfolio that showcases your expertise in graphic design, Adobe Creative Suite, and animation. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
About YouWe are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about graphic design and has a keen eye for detail. You should have a bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field and be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Experience with design for video, including animation, is also essential.
In addition to your technical skills, you should be able to work remotely from home unsupervised and have excellent time management and organizational skills. What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of £26,000 – £31,000 per annum, plus benefits, and a permanent – full-time contract with 37.5 hours per week. You will also have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the success of our business.
