Senior Account Manager

Found Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day account management to major brands and global customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Build strong and positive relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure financial targets are achieved by protecting and developing key accounts and preventing existing business from leakage.
- Establish governance models and identify opportunities to maximise client meetings and customer-facing time.
- Manage KPIs and service level agreements.
- Develop new business revenue streams through extending the range of products/services and/or penetration into customers' business markets.
- Network and attend trade events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in a multi-channel environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
