At SHAPE, we provide a safe and supportive environment for young women aged 18-25 who have experienced abuse, as well as pregnant women and first-time mothers with babies. Our mission is to empower them to achieve their potential through education, training, mentoring, and counselling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support young women in achieving their goals and aspirations
  • Provide holistic support, including education, training, and mentoring
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a person-centred approach

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health & Social Care
  • Mental Health First Aid
  • Childcare
  • Mental Health Awareness
  • Empathy and sensitivity
  • Tactful and discretion
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
