Tax Senior Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior to join our dynamic team in Solihull. As a Tax Senior, you will be responsible for preparing tax returns for a variety of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current tax laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of tax returns for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations
  • Gathering financial information and documentation required for tax return preparation
  • Review and verification of client information to identify potential tax reliefs
  • Building strong rapport with clients, providing updates and proactively handling queries
  • Assisting with developing tax planning strategies to minimise clients' tax liabilities
  • Monitoring changes to tax regulations to ensure compliance and identify tax-saving opportunities
  • Collaborating with the tax team to ensure comprehensive service delivery
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of tax processes and procedures
  • Mentoring junior staff, reviewing work and delivering training to aid their development
