SEND Teacher Required for ASD Class

Remedy Education is seeking a highly skilled and passionate SEND Teacher to join a well-established all-through SEND school in South East London. The successful candidate will be working with a class of 8 students aged 10-12, all with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
  2. Manage challenging behaviors with positivity and energy, utilizing effective strategies.
  3. Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and other support staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment.
Requirements:
  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential.
  2. Previous experience working with children with ASD and behavioral difficulties.
  3. High energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine commitment to supporting SEND learners.
