NC Associates, a dynamic and growing finance company, is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Clerk to join their team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's financial operations and reporting directly to the company director.
Accounting Clerk Responsibilities:
- Raising purchase orders and sending them to suppliers
- Verifying supplier invoices against purchase orders
- Reconciling invoices and ensuring accuracy
- Raising sales invoices and sending them to customers, as well as handling supplier invoicing
- Credit control - chasing payments from customers
- Project reconciliation to ensure project financials are consistent
- Compiling figures for VAT returns
- Responsible for stock checks within the business, including managing stock for projects, ordering new stock for projects, and managing internal deliveries
Accounting Clerk Experience Required
- Experience using Xero
- Bookkeeping, handling purchase orders, and raising invoices
- Studying towards AAT - Desirable
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
