The Harbour School Portsmouth is seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Pupil Learning Assistant. As a key member of our teaching team, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our pupils.

- Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement tailored learning plans for each pupil.
- Provide individualized support to pupils with SEMH and/or medical needs in both educational and personal settings.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely reporting to relevant stakeholders.
- An attractive annual salary of £24,322 - £25,144, depending on experience.
- Participation in the Local Government Pension Scheme with 17.9% Employer pension contributions.
