Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our team at Recruit4Staff (Wrexham) Ltd. in Chester.

Company Overview

We invest heavily in cutting-edge recruitment software, job boards, and other tools to provide an environment where you can maximize your earnings as a Recruitment Resourcer.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered a salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum DOE (with an uncapped commission structure). Additionally, we offer Monday to Friday working hours (8am-5:30pm), every 2nd Friday off, 19 days' holiday + bank holidays, and rising every year after two years of service, plus your birthday off on us.

Job Description

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for various positions.
  • Spending significant time on the phone screening a minimum of 15 candidates daily and matching them to their ideal jobs.
  • Recording accurate data within the system and creating CVs.
  • Utilizing leading candidate sourcing tools.
  • Attending local job fairs and recruitment events to represent the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driving license.
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Strong PC skills and ability to record accurate data.
