Technical Asset Manager
About the Role:As an Asset Manager with ABM, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful transition of newly awarded Technical Solution contracts and promoting the continued compliance of existing contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with key stakeholders to ensure all technical mobilisation actions are completed in the agreed timeframes.
- Liaise with subcontractors to ensure all actions are achieved within agreed budgets and timeframes.
- Undertake Thermal Imaging surveys.
- Undertake Energy Surveys.
- Conduct single point of failure (SPOF) analysis.
- Identify Critical Spares inventory in conjunction with SPOF analysis.
- Complete Plant & Equipment Lifecycle reports.
- Complete Dilapidation and Asset Verification reports.
- Collate quotes from issues identified within the Dilapidation reports.
- Internal audit Technical Contract compliance.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP's).
- Perform administrative tasks, including compiling asset registers, printing H&S documentation where needed, setting sites up to use PPM planners.
- Provide training to sites on technical processes and procedures.
- Highlight any issues or risks which may impact the successful delivery of the project/contract.
To succeed in this role, you will require a strong technical background and qualification in the M&E industry, along with experience in mobilisation/project management. You must also have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to work to tight deadlines.
