The Role

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Assistant. As a member of our team, you will work alongside others who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • Work in all areas of the restaurant, including the bar and kitchen
  • Prepare hot and cold drinks, including coffee and cocktails
  • Continually build upon company and product knowledge to provide excellent service
  • Participate in team tasting sessions to stay up-to-date on menu offerings
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Handle guest billing and payments
  • Support new team members with training and development
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage or customer service role
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace
