Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing restaurant operations, including staff supervision, stock management, and cash handling. You will be expected to work closely with the Garden Centre Manager and HR team to drive business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Manage restaurant operations, including staffing, stock, and cash handling
  • Oversee merchandising, pricing, and display of all goods to maximize sales
  • Conduct regular appraisals and performance feedback with staff
  • Work closely with the Garden Centre Manager and HR team to drive business growth and excellence
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in hospitality at management level
  • Qualification in Food Safety & Hygiene
  • Good working knowledge of HACCP principles
  • Able to 'step in and support' when required
  • Thorough understanding of allergens
  • Knowledgeable in maintaining and monitoring Health and Safety
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to remain calm under pressure
