Job Title: Senior / Principal Structural Engineer

DMR Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior / Principal Structural Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects, providing technical expertise, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers, ensuring the highest standards of design and quality.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners to promote buildability and supply chain efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of company policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Civil/Structural Engineer CEng MICE/MIStructE.
  • Proven experience leading and managing teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in structural engineering.
  • SC clearance (or eligibility).
  • Full Clean Current UK Driving Licence.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Tekla, or similar software.
