About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Sales Executive. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Account Manager to provide administrative support and maintain and update the company database.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales support or a similar role and possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written. They will also be confident in speaking with people over the phone and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Senior Account Manager and provide administrative support as needed
  • Maintain and update the company database
  • Respond to customer enquiries via email
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of products and services
  • Build your own client base and close sales over multiple projects
Requirements
  • Experience in sales support or a similar role
  • Confidence in speaking with people over the phone
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literacy with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
