We are seeking a highly skilled UX Researcher to join our innovative team in London. As a UX Researcher, you will be at the forefront of understanding customer behavior, using cutting-edge analytics to enhance the user experience and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse customer data from platforms like Google Analytics and CRM systems to identify patterns and trends.
  • Provide actionable insights to stakeholders across marketing, product, and customer service teams, informing key business decisions and driving growth.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement customer segmentation and predictive analytics, developing and maintaining dashboards tracking key customer metrics and campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research, surveys, and focus groups to gain insights and benchmark performance, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, communicating complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, sociology, or computer science.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in customer insights, data analysis, or a similar role, with a strong proficiency in data analysis tools and a thorough understanding of customer behavior analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner, and a collaborative mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments and cross-functional teams.
