Electrical Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team in the Uttoxeter area.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading FMCG business that is expanding its engineering function.

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the manufacturing process, reducing costly inefficiencies, and maintaining the integrity and safety of the equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out repair and maintenance work as required, ensuring the working area is left in a clean and safe condition.
  • Maintain close communication with the engineering team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Installation and modification of equipment to ensure it is safe, reliable, and efficient.
  • Ensure all machinery, plant, and buildings are maintained to the required standards and consistent with current health and safety legislation.
Requirements

We are looking for an accomplished multi skilled electrical engineer with an electrical bias, who is driven, highly qualified, and experienced in maintenance and repair work.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong focus on safety and quality.
