Key Responsibilities

  • Operate truck-mounted mobile elevation platforms to provide safe access solutions for customers.
  • Drive vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles and ancillary equipment.
  • Comply with all relevant safety legislation and working time regulations.
  • Set up machines correctly in accordance with training and operator manuals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and act as an ambassador for Nationwide Platforms.
  • Relay customer queries to depot staff as required.
  • Accurately complete all relevant paperwork.
  • Ensure current test and thorough examination reports are carried out.

Requirements

  • Hold a valid HGV Class 2 licence.
  • Have good interpersonal skills and an understanding of the importance of excellent customer service.
  • Be flexible with working hours, including nights and regular weekends.
  • Have a head for working at heights.
