Vehicle Repair Specialist

Listers are recruiting for a highly skilled Vehicle Repair Specialist to join their team in Northampton. As a key member of the workshop team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are serviced, repaired, and diagnosed to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair, with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £32,500 and OTE of up to £42,000. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, company pension, wellness programme, sick pay, and staff discount on car servicing.

Responsibilities
- Servicing, repairing, and diagnosing vehicles in the workshop
- Fitting manufacturer accessories and audio equipment
- Operating additional systems such as video reporting
- Working closely with other members of the workshop team to constantly learn and share knowledge
About You
- You will hold or working towards completion of your NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- An Electric and Hybrid vehicle qualification or certification would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided
- MOT License would also be beneficial but not essential
- You will have a full understanding of Customer Satisfaction and its impact on the business
